Warren Dental Design is Hiring a Dental Treatment Coordinator Near Warren, NJ

We are currently seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator. We are a privately owned, fast growing dental practice; where the ideal candidate will play a crucial role with exceptional opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Treatment Plan Discussions: Confidently explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial options to patients, answering their questions with clarity.
  • Financial Arrangements: Work closely with patients to discuss insurance coverage, payment plans, and assist in making financial arrangements.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Front Desk Duties: Perform standard front desk tasks such as answering phones, managing patient records, and maintaining an organized reception area.
  • Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance benefits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a dental receptionist
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
  • Proficient in using office systems such as Eaglesoft, Vyne Trellis, or similar software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
